ABBADogs Payment and Refund Policy

Payment of entry fees will be deposited into the general operating account within 7 days of your entry being processed.    This may be four weeks or more before the actual closing date of the show.  The bank and ABBA Dogs need time to verify payment of entry fees clears your bank.  If funds to do not clear your bank account then the entry is not valid and the issue must be resolved before the show closing date.

Unless otherwise stated in the individual club premium withdrawals before closing date will receive a full refund less $6 processing fee.  There are no refunds after the closing date with the exception that bitches in season will receive 50 % refund after the closing date and up to the Monday before the event.  All withdrawals must be received in writing, email is acceptable.  Refunds will be sent U.S. mail in the time frame of seven days before to seven days after the show.
